Event of the Decade – Gourmet SIG/history sig crossover

On Saturday, March 23 from 5-8 pm, the CBR Gourmet, History, and Dining Out SIGs combine for the Event of the Decade. That Decade being the 1950s.
This event will be held at BrightStar Grill, 205 Madora St, in Mt Holly, Please RSVP to Becky Kumar at kumarbecky@hotmail.com as soon as possible since restaurant would like a headcount by Saturday, March 16.
The Infotainment is provided by all of us! Please be prepared to lead a brief (5-10 minutes) discussion of some subtopic of “The History of the 1950s”.
Some suggestions (these do overlap but that’s okay): 1950s Music, 1950s Technology, 1950s TV shows, the Korean Conflict, 1950s fashion, and World Events of the 1950s.
All CBR Mensa members and their guests are welcome. Just be sure to le us know you are coming so we have enough space.
