Hey CBR Mensans,

The grills are warming, the buns are prepped, and the summer vibes are medium-rare to well done—because the CBR Mensa Summer Picnic is almost here!

🗓 Saturday, June 14, 2025

🕛 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Shelter reserved 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

📍 Latta Nature Preserve – First shelter off the parking lot

We’ll have:

🔥 Grilled chicken, hamburgers, veggie burgers, and hot dogs

🥤 Non-alcoholic drinks

🏐 Sand volleyball, hiking trails, shady picnic tables, and sharp minds mingling!

All we need now is you! And maybe a potato salad. Or some brownies. Or a surprise casserole. You get the idea.

🙋‍♂️ Volunteers Needed!

To make the day run smoothly, we need a few extra hands. Can you help with any of the following?

• 👨‍🍳 Grillmaster (bring the sizzle)
• 🥗 Food prep help (before noon)
• 🏸 Game leaders (volleyball, trivia, or kids’ activities)
• 🛠 Setup crew (10:00 AM)
• 🧹 Cleanup crew (5:00–6:00 PM)
